When you write in about a problem, a few details make it much quicker for us to sort out:

  • The screen or feature where it happened (for example, Transactions, a group, or a calculator)
  • Your device model and Android version, if it's a technical issue
  • The email address on your Syncrofin account (never send us your password — we will never ask for it)

We will never ask for your password. Support handles your account by email verification only — if anyone asks you for your Syncrofin password, it isn't us.
